PUBLIC NOTICE Lower Yoder TownshipÑLower Yoder Sanitary/Storm Sewer Separation Project Phase II The Lower Yoder Township is in the process of applying for a loan from PENNVEST (Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority) to fund the sanitary and storm sewer Replacement in the Westwood, St. Clair and Decker Avenue Areas. Construction is scheduled to begin in March 2017 in and around the Westwood, St. Clair and Decker Avenue Areas. The amount of the loan is estimated to be between ten and eleven million dollars to be repaid over a minimum twenty year period with an average interest rate of approximately one percent. The Township customerÕs user rates will be affected by the repayment of this loan. The project is being considered for an environmental review Categorical Exclusion. A 30-day comment period has been established to allow the general public to review and comment on the proposed project. The 30-day period will begin on February 5, 2016 and conclude on March 7, 2016.
