Request for Proposals Village of Cooperstown Parking Study The Village of Cooperstown is seeking proposals for a professional consultant to provide a parking study that analyzes the existing parking infrastructure within and immediately adjacent to the Village and propose solutions to address parking needs. Proposal packets may be obtained by contacting the Village Clerk's Office, 22 Main Street, Cooperstown, New York at 607-547-2411, during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. A pre-proposal conference will be held on Monday, February 22, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Cooperstown Village Hall, 22 Main Street, downstairs meeting room, Cooperstown, New York, 13326. This will be the only scheduled conference. It is recommended that all proposers attend this conference. Proposals must be received no later than Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. at the Village Clerk s Office, 22 Main Street, Cooperstown, New York 13326 to the attention of Teri L.
