NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF TAX ROLL AND WARRANT TAKE NOTICE, that I, Debra A. Littere, the undersigned Collector of Taxes of the Town of Cambria, County of Niagara, State of New York, have duly received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of taxes within the Town of Cambria for the year 2016 and that I will attend at the Cambria Town Hall, 4160 Upper Mountain Road, Sanborn, in the said Town of Cambria, from January 4th, 2016 to and including, Monday, February 1st 2015, from 8 am to noon and 1 pm to 3:30pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Taxes will be collected on Mondays during the months of February and March from 8 am to noon. Also on Thursday, March 31, 2016, from 8 am to noon and 1 pm to 3:30pm, excepting holidays for the purpose of receiving taxes listed on the said roll. TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the taxes may be paid on or before February 1st, 2016 without charge or interest. On all taxes received after such date, there shall be added interest of one percent if paid on or before Monday March 1st, 2016, and an additional one percent interest if paid on or before Thursday March 31, 2016. If taxes are unpaid as of March 8th, 2016, and a second notice of taxes due is processed pursuant to Section 987 of the Real Property Tax Law, an additional charge of one dollar will be levied against the parcel and become part of the amount due. TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that pursuant to the provisions of law, the tax roll of the Town of Cambria will be returned to the County Treasurer of the County of Niagara on the 1st day of April, 2016.
