NOTICE OF ANNUAL ELECTION SOUTH NEW BERLIN FIRE DISTRICT TO ALL QUALIFIED VOTERS OF THE SOUTH NEW BERLIN FIRE DISTRICT: TAKE NOTICE, that the annual election of the qualified voters of the South New Berlin Fire District, South New Berlin, New York, shall be held on Wednesday, December 9, 2015, at the Firehouse located at 3327 State Highway 8 in the hamlet of South New Berlin for the purpose of voting upon the following elective position. ELECTIVE POSITIONS One (1) Commissioner to serve upon the Board of Fire Commissioners for a term of five (5) years. One (1) Commissioner to serve upon the Board of Fire Commissioners for a term of three (3) years. LINE ITEM Fire Station Reserve Fund POLLS OPEN: 6:00 PM TO 9:00 PM VOTING by paper ballot. QUALIFICATION OF VOTERS: Every elector of the Towns of New Berlin, Butternuts, Morris, and Norwich, located in Otsego and Chenango Counties, who shall be a registered voter of one of such towns and who shall have resided in the South New Berlin Fire District for a period of thirty (30) days next preceding such annual election shall be qualified to vote.
