REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Caddo Mills Independent School District will receive proposals for the excavation and construction of 140 LF X 31 tall concrete retaining wall for an Addition to the Griffis Elementary Playground Area located at 3639 FM 1565 in Caddo Mills, Texas. Proposals will be received at the office of the Superintendent by mail, delivery, facsimile, or email until 2:00 P.M. on Monday, November 23, 2015. The closing time will be strictly enforced. All proposals will be opened privately and will be taken under advisement.
