(Published in The Norman Transcript October 23, 2015, 1t) NOTICE TO BIDDERS County Bid #HWY-1734 Notice is hereby given that Cleveland County will accept bids on the following: Three Month (3) Non-Encumbered Contract for Road Oils, Emulsions and Sealants, for the County Commissioners. The bid term will be from December 7, 2015 through March 6, 2016. A Non-Collusion Affidavit is part of the bid requirements. Bid documents with specifications may be picked up from the County Purchasing Department, located at 201 S. Jones, suite 250, Norman, Okla., between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. Bids will be received until 4:30 P.M., Friday, October 30, 2015 and will opened 1:00 P.M., Monday, November 2, 2015, during the County Commissioners meeting at the above address.
