Laurens Central School School Tax Information The Tax Collector will accept payment for school taxes beginning September 3, 2015 and ending October 30, 2015. Payment may be mailed to the collector, Charles Bollinger, 37 Brook Street, Laurens, NY 13796. Checks should be made payable to Charles Bollinger, Tax Collector. The Collector will personally accept taxes from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, at the Town Hall, Laurens, from September 3, 2015, through September 30, 2015. From October 1, 2015, through October 30, 2015, taxes will be received from 9:00 am to 12 noon Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Taxes will be collected at no interest from September 3, 2015 through September 30, 2015, and at 2% interest through October 30, 2015. All taxes remaining unpaid after October 30, 2015, will be returned to the Otsego County Treasurer.
